RTSI can develop railcar fleets and related railroad infrastructure for coal mine, refineries and related terminals. The accelerated drilling in locations exampled by the Bakken oil field and elsewhere in the US and Canada has dramatically reduced the availability of railroad tank cars. The railcar industry is struggling to meet this demand and it will be years before there is a surplus of tank cars.
RTSI represents a long established company coming on line with a new tank car manufacturing operation for general purpose tank cars. These +/- 28,000-gallon general purpose tank cars are to be built along the following lines subject to engineering and AAR approvals. A deposit is required to establish a production position.
RTSI is in a position to assist and plan for tank car terminals and tank and (dry bulk) coal, grain, frack sand hopper car asset leasing/operating management and, other matters pursuant to the new and evolving energy / fuel industry.
